The second vintage of our home orchard cider, pressed early winter 2023 and bottled summer 2024 The more tannic varieties dominate in this release, giving full and generous mouthfeel and body. Yellow fruit is in the foreground, creating a light, rounded, easy-drinking and satisfying dry cider. Bottle conditioned with good carbonation.

Yeast – wild/spontaneous
Priming sugar @ 8g per litre to provide a light in-bottle carbonation
